Article 1 – Purpose
The present conditions govern the services designed by Mrs. Lefort for her company les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel.
Article 2 – Prices
The prices of the services are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT not applicable – article 293B of the CGI), unless otherwise indicated. Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The current hourly rate is from 40 to 50 € depending on the formula. The training fees are structured in formulas, each of which has a different price.
The minimum number of hours to book is five (5).
The Subscriber who wishes to order a service undertakes to make payment under the conditions provided.
A reservation for online private lessons is only valid if it has been paid in full.
Article 3 – Orders
Once the subscriber has made a reservation with Ateliers du Grenier à Sel they have 5 working days to establish a connection with the customer.
For the purposes of this contract, working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel gives a free personalized estimate to any consumer to whom it offers a service or a set of services.
The teaching will take the form of an online interaction (via Zoom or a similar service) between the client and the tutor.
Any participation in the services requires a written order. The Subscriber who wishes to order a service must obligatorily send an e-mail to info@lesateliersdugrenierasel.com or write to : Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel, 10 rue du Grenier à Sel, Saint Florent le Vieil, 49410 Mauges sur Loire.
Article 4 – Terms of payment.
The price is due at the time of the order. According to the chosen formula, monthly payment may be requested.
The means of payment accepted are cheques, direct debit and bank transfers. By communicating his bank details (IBAN), the Subscriber accepts in advance and unconditionally that the Company proceeds to the payment of the sums due to him using these means of payment. The Subscriber also authorises his bank in advance to debit his account in view of the registrations, statements, invoices, debit notes transmitted by the Company. By signing the SEPA mandate, the subscriber authorizes the company to debit its bank account (SEPA direct debit) with the amount corresponding to the price including tax of all sums due to the company. To this end, the subscriber confirms that he or she is the holder of the bank account.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal.
The Subscriber has a period of 14 days from the payment of his order to retract by sending an e-mail to info@lesateliersdugrenierasel.com. The right of retraction is only valid for services not consumed at the date of receipt by Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel of the retraction. If the subscriber wishes to see the service begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, he or she must make an express request to Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel, which will keep a record of it on a durable support, without this being a waiver of the right of withdrawal. In the event of exercising his right of retraction, the subscriber who has expressly requested that the service be started before the expiry of the retraction period remains liable for the cost of the services performed up to the receipt of his retraction by Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel. The right of retraction cannot be exercised for service contracts that have been fully executed before the end of the retraction period and whose execution has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of his right of retraction.
Article 6 – Availability.
Registrations are taken in order of arrival and within the limit of available places. The order entails acceptance of these general conditions of services and the renunciation to avail oneself of one’s own terms of purchase or other conditions.
The tutor will record teaching hours on the basis of the nearest 15 minutes, rounded up.
Article 7 – Cancellation of a service.
All year long, the subscriber can request the cancellation of his order by sending an email to Ateliers du Grenier à Sel.
Cancellation can be made at any time by sending an email to the company. When the subscriber has notified his wish to terminate the service before the 15th of the month, the cancellation is effective at the end of the said month. Otherwise, the termination is effective at the end of the following month. Any month begun is due in full.
If the Subscriber does not respond to the Tutor’s contact attempts within one month of booking, the hours will no longer be valid and the client will not be entitled to a refund.
Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel reserves the right to cancel a reservation before or after the start of the service. In this case, the client will be reimbursed in proportion to the initial sum paid corresponding to the part of the service that has been cancelled.
Article 7 – Absence.
It is up to the Client and the Tutor to agree on the organization of the teaching. If the Client cancels a class with less than 12 hours notice or does not show up for a scheduled class, the hours will be counted in the number of hours taught.
Article 8 – Equipment.
All equipment (books, software, etc.) made available to students as part of the services provided by Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel remains the property of Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel.
Article 9 – Liability
In the case of its online services, Ateliers du Grenier à Sel cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.
Article 10 – Satisfaction Guarantee
The minimum number of hours reserved for the satisfaction guarantee to work is 10.
Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the services provided by its tutor. If the client notices a change in the service provided after 5 hours of instruction that makes him/her dissatisfied, he/she must inform Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel immediately. If the company is unable to make the changes that make the service satisfactory again, the client will receive a refund for the remaining hours reserved, in accordance with the conditions of article 6 of these general conditions of service.
Article 11 – Dispute Resolution
The language of this contract is the French language. The present general conditions of service are subject to French law. In case of failure of an amicable procedure, any dispute arising from these Terms of Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts which will have sole jurisdiction.
Article 12 – Intellectual property.
All the elements relating to the contents of the services and relating to the websites www.lesateliersdugrenierasel.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ateliers du Grenier à sel. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, these elements, whatever the medium (paper version, computer, etc.) without the prior and explicit agreement of Ateliers du Grenier à Sel.
Article 13 – Personal data.
Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel keeps personal information secret. In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any nominative information and personal data concerning you, directly on the website.
It should be specified that Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel only uses the data of its customers in order to provide the service requested.
Article 14 – Archiving – Proof
Les Ateliers du Grenier à Sel will archive the order forms on a reliable and durable support constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. The computerized registers of Ateliers du Grenier à Sel will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
